Read the current user and organization entitlement

/api/user/context

Returns the authenticated actor and effective subscription tier for an explicitly selected current organization. Accepts a Clerk session or existing API key without creating a credential. Billing exhaustion and incomplete billing setup do not block this recovery read; account/organization restrictions and membership checks remain enforced. All responses are Cache-Control: no-store.
